Three weeks ago, Jacob David Hartley, a 20-year-old Floridian, was arrested for killing his infant son (more here - WARNING! Spoilers). A 20-year-old punk who becomes a parent (isn’t that a bit too early for a 20-year-old?) who refused to be coming of age and shakes the baby? I’m sorry, but, this is absurd.
Think when I’m 25-26. By then Kaila will be 13-14. Kaila will still be playing video games and I won’t be doing that. Also, not a good idea to shake a baby/toddler. The first artwork shows myself in mid 20’s, wearing tabi socks and flip flops. The second artwork shows my niece as a teenager, which she is generally found with only her untied shoelaces on her Irish Setter boots.
Happy Birthday to me!
Inspired by The Beatles’ Abbey Road cover
Kamille is barefoot.
Kaila has untied shoelaces on her blue Chucks and has no socks on.
Final drawing for the winter before I go on winter hiatus.
Update: Given the reason that I’m not a big fan of open source software such as GIMP or Paint.NET, they’ll be replaced with Photoshop and Illustrator.
Also note that I will be away from the computer for months as I will be doing productive things (see resolutions post).
Reuploaded because auto-toned in PS.
My logo (first version).
The logo consists of myself wearing a blue striped shirt, blue bracelets, black shorts with blue trim, and untied shoelaces on the coal black steel toed work boots while carrying a sketchbook and a pencil.
Avatar created in Jason Schwen’s avatar creator, then vectorized it.
Just a short update: There aren’t any more drawings. It’s time I’ve saved up for a new Toshiba laptop so I can restore all of my The Sims 3 PC game. The last drawing is ready for the artbook.
If you’re looking to buy that Heavenly Guardian game for the Wii/PS2, I suggest you don’t purchase (or order if you’re at Amazon.com) that game. The reasons? No saving during mid-game, game graphics aren’t hi-res, the US/Canadian box art isn’t much good. You may have to be careful when purchasing this game… You can draw the “snow goddess” outfit on your anime character by studying this image. If you’re doing stunning text effects in Photoshop, you can go here (Note: Requires Photoshop — either non-trial or trial version). I don’t think anyone actually lives in this “ghetto” crud. Who needs to live in this “ghetto” crud? Really.
I’m not *actually* black, because my true ethnicity is always a mystery (no, I’m not this “punk”, even if you are playing Brain Age Express: Arts & Letters, and he said “not a chance, punk”). Also, my self-portrait have to use a lighter skin rather than a dark one to avoid racial issues in my anime drawings. You might think, that drawing anime-style things based on real persons (not fictional ones), you might say, “this will help you get a Japanese girlfriend”… I think I should start dating. I don’t think I can draw copyrighted characters because I really don’t want to get sued as my work uses the CC license. My dad and I have been talking about marriage to a Japanese woman for years, though I have explained that, Japanese girls are far more successful than Jamaican girls (just my opinion).
Flickr still didn’t answer my reply-to-reply message and I don’t know why before I was (almost) got the boot from Flickr. I really don’t want to email these Flickr “punks” ever again (see “moral of the story”). The game is finally over. What my dad said life is not a game, and he wants me to end the game permanently, so I did.
Japan is still heartbreaking about two earthquakes in one year and the crippled nuclear power plant in Fukushima that exploded last month, I can still go there (and find the girl that’s right for me), but I have to stay away from radiated areas. You can read this here.
If I want to have my own wedding, my father said I have to include my mother (and also him), because the bride must have her parents and the groom must have his parents (and siblings/relatives, optional). Also, my mother is never mentioned in the main blog or this blog due to prevention of insulting one’s mother. My father wanted me to go to Fort Lee, but I told him a million times “bad idea”, then I fought with him until we stop and I finally made the decision.
What I was going to tell you that needles are dangerous. It’s because some people have a phobia of needles, and they should evade from all injections. Also, why the **** did they want their child to get flu shots? or blood tests? You know they don’t like needles.
So moral of the story: **** that ****ing Flickr punks. Also **** these ****ing hate sites (the main blog and this sketchblog are not hate sites), and also hate speech.
Lovely red Chucks in the drawing. I don’t see a green DSi in stores (they might have been sold out, or not in stock). I want everyone to say thanks for the 500th drawing and all of the support. I will be back soon as I am taking a break.
My niece in this drawing is dressed as a miko.

My favorite niece’s sneakers. Very similar to Converse, but the toecap isn’t white.
My favorite niece (Taken with my DSi camera).
However, I can’t take a picture of her new sneakers (she has a pair of black, colorful Converse-type sneakers), because of the dark lighting, but here’s this when I get a new laptop.
New drawing to match the banner. In this drawing Kamille’s hair is down and wears a pair of dress-like overalls, a yellow shirt under the overalls, and pink Chuck Taylor All-Stars. Her outfit is modeled after Poppy from MySims.
Team Kimono wears Adidas Superstars — This drawing has a song by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton. Note that Kaila’s shoelaces on her blue Adidas are untied.
